We are committed to safeguarding our patients and providing support during times of crisis. This page provides essential information about our safeguarding policies and resources available if you need urgent help.

Always call 999 or attend your local A&E department if you feel you are unable to keep yourself safe & require immediate support.

If you believe that you or a loved one are vulnerable and are at risk of harm, neglect, exploitation or abuse, you can contact your local safeguarding team. Anyone can refer to a safeguarding team and you can find information for your local team at:

If you feel you or a family member are at risk, it is important to seek support immediately. You can contact your GP, local safeguarding team or relevant authorities who are trained to handle such situations. You can also contact 111 for additional support for crisis information, to find accurate safeguarding information and to be signposted to appropriate services.

If you are experiencing any of the below side effects:

- Racing Heart

- Chest pain

- Blurred vision

- Suicidal thoughts
