What is an ADHD Medication Review?
An ADHD Medication Review with us is a thorough evaluation designed to determine if your current ADHD Medication is still safe and effective. We use evidence-based methods, including questionnaires, clinical interviews, and information from your GP, to provide a comprehensive picture of your needs. Keep reading to see our full ADHD Medication Review process.
Our ADHD Medication Review Process
Our ADHD Medication Review is built to help you feel comfortable in a supportive environment.
Step 1: Your Referral
We accept Medication Reviews for all adults who have a clinical ADHD diagnosis, even if you weren't diagnosed by us. Start your ADHD Medication with your self-referral or a referral from another practitioner. You can contact us by phone at 0800 844 5257, email us or use the form below to get in touch!

Step 2: Provide Proof of Your Diagnosis
Once we have your ADHD Medication Review referral, you will be invited to an initial appointment to discuss your medication. Before this appointment, you must provide us with consent to contact your GP and request your medical history so we have a full picture of your diagnosis and treatment history (if any).

Do you accept any other forms of proof?
If you are unable or unwilling to provide consent to contact your GP for your medical history, this may impact our ability to conduct a review of your ADHD Medication. Please speak to our team if this is the case.
We are Trusted by Our Patients
We are rated 4.8 ⭐across 533 Google Reviews. Discover why we're trusted by our patients, past and present, by reading their feedback here. The voices of our patients highlight how our tailored approach brings understanding and supports lasting growth.
Step 3: Your Medication Review Appointment
Once we have your medical history, we will take initial observations and recommend a course of medication that fits your requirements. After you have been optimised on your new medicine, we will discharge you back to your GP on a Shared Care basis. Annual Reviews are required once you have been optimised on a medication to ensure you are still responding well.

How often should I get an ADHD Medication Review?
Reviews are required annually once optimised on medication. These appointments are mandatory and must be attended to continue under shared care.
What is Shared Care with my GP?
Shared Care is when two healthcare providers share the care of a patient under guidelines set out in a “shared care agreement”.
When you are considered optimised on your medication at your review, we will initiate shared care with your GP. This means that we will ask your GP to take over the prescribing of your medication, and we will continue to see you annually.
Your GP can write to us to request an earlier appointment if required.
What happens if my GP rejects Shared Care?
If your GP rejects your shared care, we will continue to issue your prescriptions. You can see our Costs & Pricing for prescriptions here. You will also be asked to provide observations every 6 months and attend a review annually.

We are always clear and up-front about our pricing. No hidden fees or charges.
