About Nithya
Founder of Optimise Healthcare Group, Dr Nithya Anandan launched the business in 2018 driven by the desire to deliver first-class treatment for mental health patients.
Combining a passion for consistently re-evaluating research-based treatments in the management of mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and anorexia and over 14 years of experience, Optimise Healthcare Group was born.
Specialising in Addiction Psychiatry has allowed her to develop a comprehensive insight in working closely with patients who struggle with substance misuse, smoking cessation, cocaine and nicotine addiction.
Whilst currently working as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Greater Manchester West NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Anandan has a number of accredited awards from several respected clinics and has also completed clinical TMS training at The National Centre of Neuromodulation, Northampton.
With an extensive bucket list to get through before she retires, Dr Anandan will be busy travelling the globe when she isn’t at work!
