How do I refer myself for an Autism or ADHD Assessment?
If you are a private patient, you can refer yourself directly. After processing your referral, we may ask for your consent to liaise with your GP, access your medical history, and schedule a virtual consultation. This enables us to thoroughly assess your needs and design a tailored plan for diagnosis and treatment.
Do you take NHS referrals?
We currently accept Right to Choose referrals. Referrals need to be made by your GP and sent to [email protected], and state that the referral is being made under Right to Choose legislation.
How much does Autism or ADHD Assessment cost?

Do you offer payment plans and financing?
We don't directly offer financing, but we do work with all major health insurers if you have coverage on your healthcare plan. Our clinical team are always transparent about costs, and there are never any hidden fees for our services. Coverage of mental health services can vary on a case-by-case basis. You should always check with your insurer if your treatment plan would be covered before committing to any treatment. We will always work with you to help you demystify and fully understand any costs when you use our services, including helping you provide correct documentation for your health insurance claims.
What is the ADHD & Autism Assessment process like?
Our Autism & ADHD assessments take place across two appointments, with a full written report and diagnostic outcome provided afterwards:
1. Initial Consultation – A detailed session using structured tools and interviews to evaluate your symptoms.
2. Diagnostic Assessment – We discuss your history, current concerns, and background to understand your needs.
3. Report & Outcome – After both appointments, you’ll receive a comprehensive report with a clear diagnostic outcome and personalised recommendations for next steps.
